The Duratus Mind - Dr Preston Cline

Dr Preston Cline is one of the founders of the Mission Critical
Team Institute (https://missioncti.com).  The MCTI was
established to improve the success, survivability and
sustainability of Mission Critical Teams.  Mission Critical
Teams are small groups of experts that resolve complex adaptive
problems in an immersive environments of 500 seconds or less
where the consequence of failure is death or catastrophic
loss.  These can range from Tier 1 SOF, trauma surgeons,
fire fighters, fighter pilots, counter terrorist police etc. Gaz
had formerly attended one of Preston's events.

Preston chatted with Gaz around all things MCTI, navigating
uncertainty, improving uncertainty tolerance, weaponising
curiosity, mindset, how to develop the best teams in the world
and what good looks like.
