EP32: What Value Do You Bring To The Table?

I had the honour to interview Clare Rudo, Global Category Leader
Real Estate and Facilities, and Founder of
Clarerudocollections.com.


Clare is an exceptional young lady doing exceptional things. She
is all about the power of stories, especially those that drive
and dare to lead action for a positive impact and value for women
and young Africans and Africa.


Born in Zimbabwe and now residing in Switzerland, Clare talks
candidly about her life.  At the age of 12, she went to
Boarding School which was a welcome change being the only child
for 10 years. There she formed strong friendships and gained
independence. Having the freedom to be the driver of her life.
 However, education was fundamental and always at the
forefront of her parent’s minds.  Despite not being wealthy
like her peers she always knew she had a place at the table and
the opportunity just like everyone else to excel.


Being curious and having a thirst to learn, Clare majored in
Biochemical Engineering.


Clare decided to pursue a different path and is now a trailblazer
for many initiatives that she has created to empower women and
young black Africans.


We talk about the importance of knowing your core values and
being accountable in every situation, to bring about a positive
change and impact others.  Plus much, much more.


Clare brings her wealth of experience and wisdom to the table.
