Cline Falls Ax Attack

The 1970s were a lot. As far as crimes were concerned it seemed
to be the time in which psychopaths were for lack of a better
word, thriving. From John Wayne Gacy to Charles Manson, all the
way to Ted Bundy. What was it that made the 70's the perfect
place for crimes to survive? There are many theories but for the
