In Defense of Defense with Nate the Lawyer

Nate Broady, better known to his online followers as "Nate the
Lawyer," has found himself part of many aspects of legal and
court procedure, from working as a law enforcement officer to
practicing law as both a prosecutor and defense attorney, and as
well as being a law school lecturer and respected analyst. Today,
he joins the program to discuss two high-profile cases: the
Rittenhouse trial, as well as the shooting death of Ahmaud
Arbery. He gives his thoughts on all the attorneys involved, why
the different situations produced different verdicts, and his
advice on what exactly you should do if you find yourself on the
wrong end of a pair of handcuffs.
