David speaks candidly about his career in D&I, from his work
as an education and equality lawyer to his critical involvement
as Director of Legal Policy in creating and implementing the
Equality Act 2010. He discusses how having a disability impacted
his likelihood of pursuing further and higher education whilst
growing up, before going on to University to study Law. Jane and
David speak about some of his proudest moments throughout his
career and how the landscape of diversity and inclusion is
evolving into the future.
