the pleasure of interviewing the Nobel Laureate, Barry Barish, for
UCTV. Barry is an experimental physicist and a professor at UC
Riverside. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics along with
Rainer Weiss and Kip Thorne for decisive contributions to the LIGO
detector and the observation of gravitational waves. In our
