S2 #03 / Emmet Louis on Gurdjieff, body training and spirit work.

For episode #3 of season 2 we are joined by magician and body
training expert Emmet Louis. Emmet has spent a long time
meandering through various systems of Western esotericism. A
chance encounter with the system of G.I Gurdjieff radically
altered his life and set him on his current path,  His work
currently is focused on the combination of body training with an
emphasis on its interaction with spirit work and energy
mechanics. For the last eight years he has studied under a
lineage of Daoist Magick.  

In the show we discuss the reality of martial arts and body
training and Emmet recounts some interesting psychedelic
adventures and spirit contact in rural Ireland. We also have a
guest appearance from the Dark Man.   

In the Plus show we discuss being pushed to live in rural areas,
the wide variety of spirits that can be found there… specifically
what it's like dealing with shadow people. We also discuss how
specific physical exercises can be a gate to nonduality.
