about skin care and skin cancer.


Skin cancer is Ireland’s number one cancer and the most
preventable one. Properly minding your skin should be an integral
part of your day whether walking in the sun at home or relaxing
on a sun lounger abroad. We talk about everything from the
different types of sunscreens, the dangers of sunbeds, the best
way to prevent skin damage, how to treat sunburn, how to keep
your skin hydrated and how to get your skin ready for holidays.
