Born and raised in Kankakee, IL, (South of Chicago) and now
residing in Dallas, TX, Tiara M. Tucker, M.S., is known as an
empowerment connector who wears many “tiaras.” To name a few, she
is a PR strategist, empowering (and loud) international speaker,
event creator/host, panel moderator, coach, trainer, social
justice activist, mental health advocate, philanthropist, and the
visionary founder and CEO of Tiara PR Network, LLC and Speak
That! Movement, Inc.


Tiara has almost two decades of experience with a Fortune 50
company, consisting of over a decade working in the public
affairs and communications arena, as well as supporting some of
the company’s executives and leaders, enterprise efforts, and
employee engagement events. Outside of Corporate America, she has
an extensive history working on noteworthy high-profile PR cases,
communications and special events. She is a respected thought
partner, consultant and community advocate. She has been the
creator, producer, MC, host, moderator, and guest speaker for a
variety of platforms over the years -- allowing her to (loudly)
speak in front of thousands of diverse audiences from all over
the world.


Tiara’s most notable PR experiences include her efforts in the
battle against social justice inequalities and police brutality.
She has worked alongside some of the nation’s most well-known
civil rights attorneys as their PR and Communications Director,
as well as among nationally-known social justice activists. She
occasionally is the PR and media coordinator for very
high-profile and media-saturated cases, responsible for
overseeing local, national and international media relationships.
She has been the event chair and PR coordinator for multiple
high-caliber events, including a private movie screening and a
sold-out fundraising gala held in Dallas in 2019.


In addition to Tiara PR Network, Tiara passionately leads her
charitable non-profit organization, Speak That! Movement, which
is on a mission to equip and empower professional women in
business along their journeys of dream and goal realization,
while supporting them to combat mental health issues and social
injustice roadblocks along the way, so they can unapologetically
walk in their purpose, use their voice, and live their best
lives. After over a decade of hosting numerous empowerment and
social events, in 2020 she launched the Speak That! Movement
Empowerment Socials in Dallas to connect people. The same year
she became the host and executive producer of Speak That! Talks,
which are live virtual events created to empower, uplift and
virtually connect people all over the world during COVID-19 via
interviews with special guest speakers. She also oversees the
Speak That! Movers private VIP group.


As a mindfulness enthusiast who has had battles with anxiety
while going after her own dreams, Tiara is dedicated to using her
voice and platforms to support and empower others along their
journeys of dream and goal realization. To expand her education,
since 2019 she has attained a Certificate in Mindfulness, a
Certificate in Life Coaching, and completed a Non-profit
Leadership and Community Engagement graduate course at Harvard
University in 2020.
