Palena Neale: What holds women back from leading?

Palena Neale is an International Women's Leadership Coach who
lectures on MBA programs and delivers training for UN leaders at
the United Nations System Staff College, as well as for corporate
clients. Palena holds a Ph.D. in Gender and International
Relations, and her post-doctoral research focused on employee
engagement. She is a regular contributor to Forbes, Psychology
Today and Harvard Business Review, and has been featured in
numerous podcasts.Palena has designed and hosted leadership
programs internationally, as well as founding Unabridged – a
leadership development practice providing coaching for women and
women’s leadership workshop series. She also founded Mentoring
Exchanges – a mentoring service that matches international
development professionals with global executives and
academics.
