Despina Charavgi: Change Your Energy, Change Your Life

This beautiful soul sister Despina Charavgi brought so much
light, wisdom and healing to this episode and into my life.

At the time of this episode, I was dealing with a deep wound of
abandonment, betrayal and jealousy. Just before recording,
Despina did an emotion code session with me and I felt such a big
emotional release. In a few days, the cord was cut entirely and I
felt so abundant and had no attachment to previous events that
were causing me deep pain and triggers I wasn't even aware
of.

Shortly after she removed this big abundance block, I opened my
heart to love and I met the love of my life, which is a story for
another time :).

Who is this healer, my sister and this beautiful Force for Good,
Despina Charavgi:
“Healing the world, one heart at a time” is my motto. My mission
is to bring healing and peace to all hearts with the energy
healing modality The Emotion Code. Born and living in Greece, I
first pursued a career as an English teacher helping adults
improve their English, as well as translating and subtitling
movies for various international or local festivals. Now I help
people release their trapped emotions in their bodies. I am a
passionate helper and an advocate of change and growth. Nature
walks, reading, writing, and photography are some of my
passions!
