Kerry is an author, a publisher, a speaker and a wellness
educator. Her mission is to help others find a more balanced and
fulfilled life. She believes in action and has created a system
using simple tools that are teasy to implement so that people can
supercharge their life and create change quickly. She coaches
corporate clients and elite athletes in mindset and peak
performance techniques and creates tailored programs for private
clients who are seeking mastery in all areas of their
lives. 





After many years of teaching and coaching, Kerry is focused on
writing, coaching aspiring authors in writing and creating
courses. She travels the world speaking on the topics she is so
passionate about. She is on a mission to inspire and encourage
people to become the person they dream of being and to create the
life they imagine. 


When not teaching or writing, you can usually find Kerry
somewhere outdoors with her five children in tow.
