After graduating with an MBA from the Haas School of Business at
the University of California at Berkeley, Laila Tarraf became one
of the founding team members at Walmart.com. She then served as
Chief People Officer at Peet’s Coffee and Tea, an iconic San
Francisco Bay Area premium coffee company. Currently,
Laila is the Chief People Officer at AllBirds- the
sustainable shoes and clothing company whose products are made
with natural materials like merino wool and eucalyptus.
