Anniversary Spotlight - Nadia: Secret of Blue Water (1990)

Episode 263: This week we take a look at one Hideaki Anno's
earlier directorial works loosely based on Twenty Thousand
Leagues Under the Sea by Jules Verne.  With some studio
hiccups and back and forth between the animators and the NHK,
this anime still adapts the aforementioned novel into a cool
period fantasy piece.  What is the secret of the Blue Water?
