Anime Shark Tank 3: Spooky Edition

Episode 319: Welcome to Spooky Season! We are kicking it off by
doing our 3rd editioni of Anime Shark Tank but this time with a
Spooky take.  Each host takes a stab at pitching an anime
that his "Spooky" themed, whether it be something with witches
and vampires, comedy or horror, each host has to come up with a
unique enough story to pitch to the other hosts and YOU the
