Georgia 'Critter Fixer' Veterinarian Gets Own National Geographic TV Show

Later this year, two Georgia veterinarians will star in a reality
TV show on National Geographic. The Critter Fixers will follow the
lives of doctors Vernard Hodges and Terrence Ferguson. Hodges and
Ferguson both run and operate Critter Fixer Veterinary Hospitals in
Byron and Bonaire. The road to success wasn't exactly a dog walk in
the park for Hodges, though. In 2017, he wrote Bet on Yourself:
From Zero to Millions. The book details his rise from growing up
poor in Fort Valley to becoming a veterinarian and millionaire real
estate investor.
