Senator Col. Black: The Expansion of The American Empire Must End

"The expansion of the American empire must end."
So said Colonel Richard Black (USMC, ret.) when he spoke
with the Two Mikes today.

Colonel Black, who also was a long-serving Republican state Senator
in Virginia, argued that the problem in Ukraine is not Putin's
invasion but the 2014 U.S.-CIA-MI6 backed coup in Kiev that
overthrew a legally elected president and installed a puppet regime
in order to clear the deck for a regime that would play ball with
Washington, the EU, Soros, and the UN.

Once that job was done, the U.S. and NATO moved advanced weaponry,
chemical/biological laboratories, and Ukraine military forces right
up to the border of Russia.
In addition, the U.S. and NATO provided the Ukrainian military with
artillery and other ordnance with which to attack ethnic Russians
living in Ukraine along the Russia's border.

Since the first Bush presidency, the United States has attacked
Russia economically, politically, and, via its Ukrainian
surrogates, military.
Colonel Balck reminded us that this was not the only time the
American empire has acted in this manner, referring to the U.S.
starting the civil war in Syria and the war that destroyed
Libya. 
Indeed, the United States and several of its allies are continuing
to arm and fund Islamist insurgents in Syria's Idlib Province. Most
recently, the Biden administration returned U.S. ground forces to
Somalia.

Colonel Black concluded that America must begin to behave as a
responsible adult in the conduct of its foreign relations, which
would mean not getting involved in other people's business and
wars, and instead face the real threats to America; namely, the
open southern border, the China-made fentanyl that flows across
that border and kills 100,000 Americans a year, and the Mexican
drug cartels that are establishing a considerable physical presence
inside the United States. 

Also vital is that the United States withdraws from NATO and end
the madness of America having to go to war automatically -- without
congressional approval -- if any NATO country is attacked. We could
then get on to getting out of the UN.
