Ep 16 Middle East, Mental Health Awareness Month, Zero

Ciao People of the internet, 


We are back with a solo episode. In the episode, I will start
talking about the escalation of the between Israel and Palestine.
This a topic that I haven't always been comfortable with despite
being a graduate in International Relations, but when I see
injustice is hard for me to stay in discomfort, and I talk with
you on how I navigate this discomfort. 


May is  Mental Health Awareness Month in the US but it is
also started to be acknowledged in other countries and I share
some thoughts on how therapy has been beneficial for me.
