Healing House Radio with Dr. Ayleen - Connecting The Dots To Wellness

Most of us remember as children playing the game of "connect the
dots".  we started at an origin point (usually at the dot
marked "1") and, by going step by step, ended up with an finished
image.  Imagine how hard it would have been if there were no
numbers!  Could we start at any point and know where to go
from there?  How predictable would our final outcome be
without any clues to guide us along the way?  Most important,
even if we know what the final picture is suppose to be, can we
easily create is out of seemingly random dots? Today we'll be
exploring how we can identify and then successfully connect the
dots to our holistic wellness goals and achieve the final image
