Healing House Radio with Dr. Ayleen - Attitude of Gratitude & Living For Giving

On behalf of myself and producer Kyna, happy Thanksgiving 
everyone!  Today (here in the USA) we are celebrating a day of
giving thanks for whaqt we have.  While it is very true that
both on a personal and cultural level, this day holds the full
spectrum of light and shadow.  That said, a day that focuses
on expressing and recognizing what we have to be thankful for is a
great idea.  While it is wonderful to remember all the things
we are grateful for is wonderful, it feel even better to share the
blessings through giving.  On today's episode, we'll be
looking at ways to share blessings and bring up the spirits of
those in need...even if the spirit that need raising is our own! In
honor of the holiday, we won't be opening the chatroom after the
