This week I’m joined by Tayler Wilkinson, Performance
Coach for Dronfield netball club, graduate netball coach for
Worksop college and U15’s &U17’s HUB coach for Loughborough
Lightning Netball. In this episode, we discuss Tayler’s
undergraduate dissertation which was focused around the subject
of 'Experiences of Inequality for Elite Female Coaches'. Tayler
shares her research into the topic and her research findings from
the study. We then discuss several implications for NGB’s to
consider in various sports.
