This week I'm joined by Damian McGrath, Current Head coach of the
Germany Rugby &’s national team. In this episode, we chat ‘team

team culture means to him, and the cultures he has experienced in
his previous roles, including time as head coach of Spain, Canada
and Samoa rugby 7’s national team. Damian then explains the
importance of ‘buy-in’ from his coaching experiences, and finally,
we discuss implications for creating an effective culture and
buy-in for your coaching practice.
