by Sam Gevaux, MSc Sports Coaching alumni student at Leeds
Beckett Univeristy who is currently Director of player and coach
development for Waterloo United in Ontario, Canada. In this
episode, we first chat around the similarities and differences in
culture and capital between the UK and Canada. We then discuss
how both culture and capital should be considered for the
construction of a performance model (more commonly known as a
Game model). Implications for coaching practice are also
discussed!
