paycheck and get committed to a dream.

Wendy's secrets and advice on avoiding the meat sweats.

After a fun start to the show, a devastating loss in the
community sparks a much-needed conversation on suicide. A
73-year-old leader in the community committing over half his life
to a local high school and a mentor to many takes his own life.
You realize you never know what someone is thinking when a man
that has been living his dream is struggling with depression.
Dealing with a pandemic has created lots of challenges but two
that do not get enough attention are addiction and suicide. Keith
encourages you to open up the roads of communication, you don't
know what you don't know and I would rather try than live with
asking why. You are someone with the ability to impact anyone
make it clear to everyone that you are willing to talk to anyone
you don't know the impact you might have on someone.
