The most requested episode of Share The Struggle podcast has
finally arrived, the relationship episode! Keith is joined by his
wife Allison Liberty as they tackle questions from fans of the
podcast. The majority of the relationship questions all revolve
around communication. To better understand communication Keith
breaks down the four types of communication, verbal, non-verbal,
written, and visual. If you desire to be a better partner you
first need to be a better person do some soul searching,
prioritize, and understand how you communicate.  Effective
communication starts with excellent listening everyone wants to
be heard eliminate distractions and dedicate your attention to
your partner.  Most arguments and disagreements stem from
our own insecurities our minds are programmed to protect our
hearts find the person that is worth risking the hurt.
