This week we continue last week's relationship advice episode
Keith furthers the discussion on communication as he digs into
the benefits of having uncomfortable conversations. Uncomfortable
conversations are essential to life and are the foundation of
leadership in your career. Keith promises you three benefits from
uncomfortable conversations 1 will challenge you 2 will humble
you and 3 will build you. Keith is once again joined by his
beautiful wife Allison as they answer more relationship questions
from fans of the podcast.  From sharing memories that bond
them to advice on keeping the spark alive, how they negotiate,
the impact of quarantine on their relationship, and navigating
disagreements. Keith shares some advice from relationship coach
and author Fran Greene from an interview she had with Elite
daily. Fran explains the importance of shared values describing
them as the superglue of all relationships emphasizing that
couples must share similar values or they will live with
resentment.  Keith doubles down on this philosophy as he
describes one of his core values that inspired an uncomfortable
conversation two days into Allison and Keith’s
relationship.
