A blown hot water heater leads to a flooded basement and some
in-depth research on gratitude.  A high school friend and
owner of Cote Electrical design LLC comes through to save the day
and leave Keith with an overwhelming sense of gratitude. 
While exploring the benefits of living with a gratitude attitude
we examine the impact it plays on our brains. A positive recipe
of gratitude, dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin provides the
necessary elixir to leave our comfort zones. To break down the
walls of our comfort zones and expand our idea of comfort we need
to understand the layers and zones we will experience. In today's
episode of share the struggle we discuss the comfort zone, fear
zone, learning zone, and growth zone.
