This week's show starts with some humor and breaking news out of
Braintree Massachusetts as the locals struggle to overcome a rat
infestation. After some ridiculousness, we ask ourselves if our
habits are holding us back from being the best versions of
ourselves. Mindless activities that give us temporary pleasure
that results in an addiction to consumption, one that cooks our
dopamine receptors. A dive into dopamine explains the role it
plays in our lives and how our levels are connected to our
emotions and the likelihood of a few diseases.  Some common
addictions disguised as habits that aren't discussed steal
quality time from families and prevent high-achieving
results.
