Justice for Pablo Velez Jr
For almost 17 years, Pablo Velez Jr has been fighting for his
freedom that was wrongfully taken due to this corrupt system in our
county and our state. Kim Ogg and the Houston District Attorney’s
office has known about Pablo’s innocence and refuses to do the
right thing. All we want is Justice for Pablo Velez Jr., nothing
more, nothing less.
From Lisa – For their own personal benefit, Harris County District
Attorney’s Office, forever changed Pablo’s life and reputation.
There is nothing about it that indicates he’s guilty. I want Pablo
Velez Jr. home based on the factual evidence and testimony that he
is innocent. By being kind to others he found himself being
convicted of a crime he had no affiliation with and that is
supported by one of the incarcerated assailants. We’re going on 17
years now, he deserves every right to live free with the same
respect as the next man. It’s time for accountability and I’m
starting with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and
Houston Police Dept.
"We want at the very least for this case to be given a second
chance for review. Many lawyers have said there are severe
discrepancies in the facts in this case and we want to make sure
that all the details are looked at and analyzed. We support the
Velez families in their claim that they believe things may change.
We hope to find a solution to their issue promptly" – Cesar
Espinosa FIEL Executive Director
