Live Field Report - Chad Caton: The Circle Firing in Independent Media Must End for America to Win

Without a doubt everyone knows that the medium has changed on how
people receive and consume information and entertainment. For a
long time the corporate media has enjoyed a gripping control over
people for decades. This is why they have fought against
independent media which has taken the public away from
misinformation and propaganda delivered by the mainstream
corporations.

Those who were early to this have worked hard to grow their
following and income generated by the work they deliver. As the
medium changed to consuming of streaming platforms so did the
people's thought process. It has been a long work. Realizing their
grip had been loosened by change, the corporate structures and
propaganda machines worked to slander and subdue the rising
independent structures.

The Donald Trump win for the presidency in 2016 solidified the
shift of information consumption. With an ability to make change
through the proper delivery of information that was suppressed it
was no surprise that an independent media could profit while
serving the people.

After cancellations of their platforms from Big Tech it is also no
surprise that they would defend and compete for every last thing
they've earned. Others began to build as this streaming rush
allowed them to do what they have long wanted to do - own their
media platforms without control of the suppressing
propagandists.

The United States has experienced a focused and deliberate attack
through information warfare and, as such, we need every last
independent media platform to win this war. It is war. It is
competition by warriors of information in this war.

As it has been realized the last few years, there is a drastic
change that has allowed those mediums to not fight. Yet, still,
there are those who continue to keep the rising new platforms from
succeeding. Each is its own type and each reaches different but
overlapping audiences. Therefore the information can saturate the
public and this is what is needed.

We don't have to steal other platforms' audiences and sponsors
anymore. All that are in the information warfare battle can work
together and help each other - especially with those who need the
platforms to spread the information they contain.

If independent media outlets are forcing themselves to still fight
one another, the corporate media will come and take away the prize
of the new medium for media. When all the other dogs fight in a
pile for the piece of meat, the scoundrel who made them attack each
other will come in and take the porterhouse which they
ignored.

This is a role call for all those who will work together to help
other platforms. Partnerships will be formed that will be stronger
and last through this war in information delivery. Which will
realize this and be those who do succeed in the new change in the
new medium?
