QUESTIONS you need to answer before deciding whether you should
join a team or be an individual agent.
QUESTIONS:
Can you generate enough leads on your own to accomplish your
goals?
Are you excellent at holding yourself accountable?
Do you have the skills to convert?
Do you have the correct systems and processes in place to ensure
the highest level of service to your clients? Do you have a
process that guarantees exceptional transaction
management?
Do you have a powerful listing presentation and an impressive
resume?
Now that you have answered these questions you can make the right
decision for you and your business. And if you’re still like,
