Domestic Violence is an all too real reality for many women +
men. We share our experiences, talk to a panel of professionals
who share resources + support.


Sheri Kurdakul: Sheri is the Founder of VictimsVoice App and
serves as its Chief Executive Officer. As a survivor of child
abuse and domestic violence, she has devoted herself to ensuring
victims of discrimination, harassment, and abuse are heard,
believed, and able to seek legal justice.

Bill Mitchell: Author, “When Dating Hurts”
On June 3,2005 Bill and Michele Mitchell’s daughter, Kristin, was
murdered by her ex-boyfriend in her apartment outside of
Philadelphia. Since then, Bill has passionately spoken out for
education about the warning signs and dangerous consequences of
dating violence.

Ilsy J Hoo: Miss New Jersey For America, BELL Magazine
contributor. Ilsy was crowned Miss New Jersey for America in
August of 2020. As a domestic violence survivor herself has
partnered with VictimsVoice App to help pass a legislative law
that will prohibit awarding alimony to domestic violence
offenders.
