#23 - Kim & Kanye Divorce Drama, Matt James’ Bachelor Premiere, Netflix’s “Bridgerton”

The first week of 2021 brought enough tea for us to sip on for a
lifetime. First, we had the Kim and Kanye divorce bombshell,
somehow then combined with rumors that Kanye and Jeffree Star
were having an affair??? (10:28-21:35)


The Bachelor made a comeback with Matt James’ debut and it wasn’t
as bad as we thought it’d be, but we did have some thoughts on
the prayer he initiated and Heather M joining the show soon
(21:39-40:12).


Finally, we cover our favorite show of the year (even if we’re
only 11 days in), which is Netflix’s “Bridgerton.” This show gave
us everything we needed and we have much to discuss. Also, it
should be illegal for anyone to be as attractive as the Duke of
Hastings (40:16-1:06:33).


P.S. — We promised we’d talk about “The Queen’s Gambit” again
but, to nobody’s surprise, we ran out of time. We’ll argue about
it next week (1:06:37-1:07:14). Let’s discuss!
