This is the first episode from the January 15th PodMax event! Jeff
Venn is here to help you achieve your highest human potential. He
does not subscribe to the scripts society hands us or the boxes
people try to fit us in. He believes we need to create better maps
for work, life, relationships, and even religion. Maps that work
for you, not against you.  He has done this in his own life,
taking a forward-thinking, progressive approach to how he builds
and runs his businesses, and how he builds and runs his days. Sure,
he has accomplished a few thing on the outside. He is the Founder
of Create Studios, a digital marketing agency, founder of c o n v e
r g e, a community for young entrepreneurs, a former semi-pro
surfer, professional musician, and fluent in Spanish. But he is
most proud of his successes on the inside. He's escaped the rate
race. He's rich in the things that matter mst to him - control over
his time, a fulfilling work-life balance, and the opportunity to
inspire young entrepreneurs to dream bigger than they ever thought
possible. Life is a giant wheel of progress, improvement, and
