Greg Wirtz regularly represents businesses and individuals in
property tax appeals throughout the State of New Jersey. He
is a former law clerk to the Honorable Vito L. Bianco of the Tax
Court of New Jersey. Over the past decade, Greg has handled
tax appeals for virtually all types of property, including office
buildings, apartments, condominiums, warehouses, and factories,
saving his clients millions of dollars in property taxes. In
addition, he has represented Municipal governments with respect to

is a Director in Avison Young’s Valuation Advisory Services
practice, specializing in tax advisory services. With nearly 15
years in the commercial real estate valuation and consulting
industry, Matthew has developed an expertise in advisory services,
tax appeals, expert witness testimony and institutional and REIT
valuations. His vast experience is comprised of appraising office
buildings, distribution warehouses, controlled and rent stabilized
apartment buildings, super-regional malls, neighborhood and
community shopping centers and producing HUD Map, Yellow book,
Green Acres and Red book/IVS compliant reports. Matthew’s
significant assignments include managing large portfolio valuations
for clients both nationally and internationally, and individual
projects such as The Arc Tunnel Project for the Port Authority of
New York and New Jersey, One and 11 Times Square, 1095 Avenue of

Robert Heuner has an appraisal and review appraisal background in
commercial real estate for 28+ years. He is very experienced with
ARGUS AE, Discounted Cash Flow work, and all classes of investment
real estate. He now works within the CRE tech and data sector with
groups that have developed new and dynamic valuation, data and risk
modeling tools that are changing the way valuations, evaluations,
portfolio monitoring and risk modeling assignments are engaged and
consumed. He also functions as the business development lead for an
international valuation group. He bids local, regional or national
valuation, due diligence and risk modeling assignments and
