CRE SharkEye Yishai Breslaur

Yishai Breslauer is a commercial real estate entrepreneur, podcast
host, PropTech leader and a CRE educator who seeks to inspire
others who have a dream to build a career in CRE. His passion is to
help those who have big dreams, whether they see themselves owners
of many multifamily units, becoming real estate developers or CEO’s
of commercial real estate companies. Yishai has vast experience in
the real estate industry from acquisitions, finance, and
development all the way to marketing and sales. Yishai studied at
Empire State College and started his career as a teacher and
loved every moment of it. After many years of being an educator, he
had decided to change careers and pursue a career in real estate.
Yishai went all in into the world of real estate and held the
position as the Head of Marketing and Sales of North America for
Africa Israel. Africa Israel is a major global real estate holding
and development company. This experience brought knowledge of real
estate development, planning, construction and high skills in
marketing and sales. With his journey to go into CRE (commercial
real estate), he got the position as the Head of Real Estate
Investment Banking for and BDO Consulting Group in Israel. This
consulting group is ranked one of the top in the country and Yishai
went on to the major league of CRE. He had acquired vast knowledge
and skills in acquisitions and real estate finance. As well as
connections with major real estate players in the US. Yishai went
up the ranks to become the founder and CEO of SIDRE LLC, a
commercial real estate development and investment company based in
the NY area. Amongst the many things, he is also a PropTech leader,
formerly the managing partner of Built Up Ventures – a property
tech (PropTech) venture capital fund. Yishai is dedicated to
simplify and bring CRE informal education to those passionate to
