Savannah Arroyo is a full-time Registered Nurse in Los Angeles,
California, helping manage multiple departments at a busy, Magnet
recognized hospital. She is also a Real Estate Investor, investing
in primarily value-add multifamily syndications. When she first
started working as a Registered Nurse, Savannah naturally found
herself working in leadership positions.  She served on
committees, helped lead process improvement initiatives and worked
to problem solve critical situations.  Shortly after Savannah
started working, she went back to school to receive my Masters of
Science in Nursing Leadership and Administration.  Since then
she has led clinical services in a variety of settings. Working as
a Registered Nurse has taught her how to thrive in a fast paced,
interdisciplinary team of medical professionals.  She has had
the privilege of working with unforgettable patients, brilliant
physicians and caretakers that will forever hold a place in her
heart. Savannah was immediately drawn to multifamily syndications
due to the many similarities to her career in nursing.
