Ugly Real Estate Investing with Mike Bonadies

Mike Bonadies focuses on the ugly side of real estate investing
and is interested in the properties that nobody else wants. He is
the Co-Owner and Operator of TerraVestra Property Management,
which is a South Jersey Property Management company by landlords
for landlords. They specialize in C & D assets primarily in
rural areas of South Jersey. 


They also have a maintenance and construction company that
specialize in pre-1940 multifamily construction. They work
primarily with landlords, real estate agents, and flippers to
complete investor work. This work ranges from repairs to punch
list to full on rehabs. 


Currently Mike owns 26 doors across Camden and Gloucester
counties. He had some incredible, and sometimes hilarious,
stories to share about his experiences in real estate investing!
