continuing yesterday's chat about barriers to drug distribution ,
my description will start by describing structural details of
Blood-CSF and CSF-Brain barrier, the drugs that can or cannot
pass through and then I will complete the words and details about
Placental barrier. I will give my expert opinions along with
examples of drug that pass and cause harm especially during first
and last trimester. So accordingly go for these only when most
needed, else avoid.
