Euan Blair started his career in finance, but he had a nagging
interest at the intersection of education and employment. In 2016,
Euan launched Multiverse, a tech startup on a mission to create a
diverse group of future leaders by building an alternative to
university and corporate training: apprenticeships. Today,
Multiverse helps over 1,000 organizations hire apprentices to close
skill gaps and develop a diverse talent pipeline. The company has
trained over 10,000 of these apprentices and earned its status as
the UK's first EdTech unicorn. Euan shares why the company's
