missed a game, never drank on the bus, always tipped his hat, a
true gentleman

110 games a season – sometimes 7 days a week with a couple of
double headers
AAGPBL pitchers often pitched 9 innings a game and sometimes
pitched 2 days back to back
Sue talks about pitching and 2nd base and how AAGPBL was like

After the game the long ride home & then rise early the
next morning for practice

Lois synergy with Jean Faut the G.O.A.T. had great control
most of the time
