Governance Checkpoint

On June 1, CIBC Mellon hosted Governance Day with two virtual due
diligence sessions that included updates, trends, and reviews of
our governance and controls across the organization. Senior
leaders from our operational control, risk management, audit,
vendor management, business continuity and information security
teams shared relevant information about their business units and
discussed timely and key themes. As a follow-up to that event, in
this episode, Janice Allen, Executive Director, Relationship
Management, speaks with Carolin Broadbridge, Director, Vendor
Management and Outsourcing, Kevin Kondo, Assistant Vice
President, Business Continuity and Information Security, and
Cadien Mayers, Chief Compliance Officer about the continued
evolution of vendor management oversight, cybersecurity trends,
and regulatory updates in their respective areas of expertise.
