Is that Tax Proposal a Threat? What is beating Tesla in 2021? Sold XL & New IBM, EcoLab, and COTY Swing

I’ll go into Gov. Cuomo’s Tax Proposal, that might just
be a threat to try to push Stimulus. The S&P 500 is Red &
the XLK is Red, and listen to hear the question, "Are You Green?"

over Tesla gains in 2021, and go over the top gainers and
losers.
