American Rescue Plan Act. We talk about what’s in it, what’s not,
who hates it, who loves it, who’s trying to take credit, &
who’s whining on TV about it. This bill will help a ton of
Americans who are really hurting, but that doesn’t stop the
right-wing politicians & media from doing what they do.
Later, we talk about the filibuster, its ugly history &
impudent design, & why it is nothing more than an roadblock
to progress (spoiler alert, it’s racially charged).


We also talk about the murders committed by an unhinged terrorist
who targeted Asian women, & the asinine attempts by law
enforcement to infantilize him. Other topics include Eminem vs
Gen Z, Degrassi’s floating timeline, & the tragic passing on
Degrassi actor Jahmil French earlier this month.


This week on “Amendment Time,” it’s the 22nd Amendment! This one
created official term limits following the four presidential
victories of FDR.
