Dracula (1931)

After taking a break this past September, The Half Hour of Power
is back!  We begin a series of shows on Dracula movies.
 We are focusing on the Dracula movies that are translations
of the novel to the screen.  We begin with arguably the best
known adaptation of Bram Stoker's book.  Bela Lugosi stars
as the Count in the Universal Studios 1931 adaptation!

Plot Synopsis:


Transylvanian vampire Count Dracula bends a naive real estate
agent to his will, then takes up residence at a London estate
where he sleeps in his coffin by day and searches for potential
victims by night.
