Episode 70. Date Night with Local Restaurateur, Mr. Ryan Hotchkiss

In this episode the boys sat down with local chef and
restaurateur of the acclaimed-Bundok, in the heart of the
downtown center. 


We discuss how he is dealing with the pandemic and how he and his
staff at the restaurant plan on bouncing back. we also dive into
his background and how his passion for snowboarding took him to
Whistler which lead to a career as a chef.  He discussed his
inspirations for cooking and how they helped mold him into the
man he is today.
