Episode 201. Director of Golf at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler- Mr. Padraic O'Rourke

In this episode the boys have a chat with the Director of Golf at
The Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Mr. Padraic O'Rourke. 


Padraic describes his last 8 years in Whistler and how great it
has been moving to Canada and being part of one of the country's
top resort courses and life in Whistler. He discusses the
difficulties that COVID brought to the club that most other golf
courses did not experience, and what the bounce back has been
like, and what he looks forward to for not only the golf course
but the town itself.


We also talk about his journey from Ireland to North America,
where he worked at the famous Ballybunion Club, which helped open
the door for him to join Pine Valley team. We talk about his time
in the Caribbean and then his eventual move to Canada. 


Padraic chats about his constant desire for himself and his
assistants to constantly be moving the needle and finding the
right bit within the industry.
