Episode 244. JT Higgins, Hall of Fame Golf Coach - USC Trojans

In this episode the boys sit down with JT Higgins, the Hall of
Fame Golf Coach that now coaches the USC Men's Golf Team after an
incredible career with Texas A&M.  


We kick things off with JT sharing how he got into coaching golf
after never having played the sport competitively and
entertaining different career opportunities at the time the idea
was presented to him. Bringing his expertise from the basketball
court and leadership to help develop talent on and off the golf
course. 


JT shares some insights with the Fam (and the importance of the
right schedule) about what it takes to put a National
Championship winning golf team together and his views on
effective coaching, recruiting and developing leaders once they
graduate. (One of his recruits was Andrew Parr - Episode 152).
The story of Texas A&M's National Championship win is quite
the roller coaster of emotions. 


During the Rapid Fire (Presented by Criquet Shirts) we have some
fun and learn that JT doesn't own anything orange, who JT would
play in a dream 5 ball, and a defining moment in life that may or
may not have changed the course of his life.
