This week the TWITBE BIG EAST Spotlight shines on Husky guard
Martin, who gives his take on Connecticut’s return to the BIG
EAST, reacquainting with historical rivals and the surrounding
buzz. Martin (7:15) talks about his transfer journey from Rhode
Island to UConn as well as filling the void during James
Bouknight’s injury. The BIG EAST Focus narrows in on Leitao
(21:00) as he discusses the Blue Demons’ performance for the
2020-21 season after a delayed start. The National Perspective
comes from Braziller (31:18), who has his finger on the college
basketball pulse. His regular beat, the St. John’s Red Storm,
have been on a five-game winning streak, steadily climbing the
BIG EAST league standings.
