Episode 15: Cannonballs (feat. Ben Porter)

This week on the Hard Hitting Sports Podcast, we start out things
a little bit different.


We have Ben Porter, a big face on baseball Twitter, joining the
Episode. During our Interview with Ben, we discuss his time at
Columbia, what he is doing for work now, and, of course, his
presence on Twitter. For those who may not know, Ben was
nominated for CBS Sports' top Baseball Twitter Accounts for 2020
so you're not going to want to miss this one. We wrap up Ben's
Interview with some Baseball Reference Trivia.


In the NBA, the top 7 teams in the East Standings (except for the
Celtics) had a winning streak prior to Wednesday night. The Jazz
have come back down to earth, so the discussion becomes if Jazz
fans should be concerned or not. And did Russell Westbrook change
the NBA forever?


NFL Free Agency is off to a hot start from all of the Patriots
moves, to Taysom Hill and Jameis Winston's extension's,  to
Aaron Jones's extension, and the Chargers beefing up their
O-Line, so we cover it all. We also touch on the retirement of
Drew Brees and list where we have ranked all time amongst QB's.
